We were approached by a client to devise a Courageous Conversations programme to help people communicate “when time was short, the stakes are high and emotions run deep.”

People had to attend the programme with an example of a difficult conversation that they committed to have later. We empowered them by looking at how fear impairs our decision-making, giving them mindfulness techniques to build self-awareness.

Feedback showed that delegates left the workshop with clarity and confidence to carry out their difficult conversation and change the culture of the organisation.

Thanks….. The sessions was very useful for me personally …….. Already had conversations today with colleagues I usually would procrastinate about for weeks.
